If you're looking to set up a multi-storey manufactured home, you'll need to get approval from Council.
Your manufactured home or installation must comply with Division 4 of Part 2 or Division 4 or Division 5 of Part 3 of the Local Government (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 2005.

You can apply for approval for a multi-storey manufactured home or caravan park installation or manufactured home on flood-prone land online. You'll need to upload electronic versions of the required documentation in order to complete your application. A fee is payable on application.
Visit our Customer Service Centre, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, where our staff can assist you with submitting your application online. You'll need to bring along the required documentation, preferably on a USB drive, in order to complete your application. A fee is payable on application.
