We recognise the passing of a loved one is a difficult time for all involved.
Providing a copy of the death certificate when a loved one passes away allows us to update the title of the rates notices to "Estate of the Late" for future correspondence.
If you wish to remove a name on your title deed for your property, you must first change your title deeds with the NSW Land Registry Services. Information about how you can change the title deed can be provided by NSW Land Register Services or a solicitor.
