Roads Act 1993 Part 10 Division 2
Council proposes to grant a lease renewal over an area of approximately 170.43m2 of unused road, adjacent to 24 Pelican Street, Swansea (Lot 2 DP 520010).
The proposed lease is for residential purposes and is for a term of five (5) years. The proposed lessee is Mrs S D Price.
Any person is entitled to make a submission with respect to the proposed lease. Please send to the address below or email to [email protected] on or before 17 February 2024.
