Some of our services are taking a short break over Christmas and the New Year. There are no waste, recycling and green waste collections on Christmas Day. All waste collections between Wednesday 25-Friday 27 December will occur a day later than usual.
Our Customer Service Centre is temporarily located at Speers Point Library, adjacent to Council's Administration Building.
If you're lodging a planning application with Council or you are making a public submission about a planning application being made to Council, you may need to complete a political donations and gifts disclosure statement. (PDF, 390KB)
You will be asked to disclose any reportable donations made to a Lake Macquarie City Councillors or gifts given to a Councillors or employee of Lake Macquarie City Council within the last two years.
If you have items to disclose, you must complete this form and submit it with your planning application or public submission.
