Community Land - land for public use such as a public park or sporting field.
Operational Land - land held as a temporary asset or as an investment. Land which facilitates the work carried out by Council and its functions, or land which may not be open to the general public, such as a works depot.
The applicant is required to pay the applicable fee at the time of submitting the application as set out in Fees and Charges.
