Some of our services are taking a short break over Christmas and the New Year. There are no waste, recycling and green waste collections on Christmas Day. All waste collections between Wednesday 25-Friday 27 December will occur a day later than usual.

A public hearing was conducted in Lake Macquarie City Council Chambers on Tuesday 28 March 2023 to enable members of the community to express, and have recorded, their views on the proposal to reclassify nine parcels of land from Community to Operational land and rezone one as per the details shown in the attachment to this notice.
