Council has resolved that the land identified above will be acquired for road widening under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 (NSW).
Any person is entitled to make submission to Council or the Minister with respect to the proposed plan. Please email any submissions to [email protected] or post to the address below within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
Copies of comments received by Council will be released upon a request without the need for an application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
