The term of each proposed lease renewal is five (5) years.
Any person may make a written submission to Council in relation to the proposed lease renewals. Submissions should be forwarded to the General Manager, Lake Macquarie City Council, Box 1906, HUNTER REGION MAIL CENTRE NSW 2310, or via email to [email protected]. Submissions close - 5.00pm on 31 May 2024.
It should be noted that submissions may be reproduced in Council Reports, in court proceedings, or in accordance with the provisions of the NSW Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
