Proposal to grant easement for electricity and right of carriageway

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 SECTIONS 46 AND 47

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting an easement for electricity and right of carriageway to Alpha Distribution Ministerial Holding Corporation over part of Council land known as Harold Knight Oval, 4A Willow Road, Gateshead (Lot 11, DP 1014664).

The purpose of the easements are to facilitate relocation of electrical infrastructure. The easements shall be 2m wide (electricity) and 4.5m wide (right of carriageway), respectively.

The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity.

Any person is entitled to make a submission with respect to the proposed easement. Please send submissions to the address below or email to [email protected] within 28 days of the date of this notice.
