Lake Macquarie City Council gives public notice of the exhibition of the draft Morisset Plan of Management and associated Master Plan 2022.
The Plan of Management is required under Section 36 of the Local Government Act 1993. The Plan of Management provides direction as to the use and management of Morisset Showground including the adjoining Council owned community land.
The Draft Plans are on public exhibition for a period of 42 days.
Written submissions will be received until 4pm on Thursday 7 July 2022.

Public Hearing
As required under Section 40A of the Local Government Act 1993, a public hearing will be held in regards to the recategorisation of the land.
The public hearing will be held:
Morisset Multi-Purpose Centre
143 Dora Street, Morisset
Thursday 16 June 2022, 6 – 7.30pm
