Classification of land - Morisset

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council intends to classify the land known as 23 Keightley Street, Wyee Point being Lot 3 Section H in Deposited Plan 1596, Parish of Morisset, County of Northumberland and Local Government Area of Lake Macquarie, as ‘Operational Land’.

This is subject to Council approving that the land at 23 Keightley Street, Wyee Point (Lot 3, Section H, DP 1596) is classified as operational land upon completion of the purchase of that land, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993.
