Classification of land Herbert Street Belmont

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council intends to classify the land known as 37 Herbert Street, Belmont, being Lot 38, Section I in Deposited Plan 2374, Parish of Kahibah, County of Northumberland and Local Government Area of Lake Macquarie, as ‘Operational Land’.

Council has resolved that, subject to no objections being received, the land known as 37 Herbert Street, Belmont (Lot 38, Section I, DP 2374) be classified as ‘Operational Land’.
