In accordance with Schedule 1 Clause 8 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, this notice is hereby given that a Development Application has been received seeking development consent for the following proposed development:

DA No: DA/1001/2019

Site: Lot 1 DP 1180029, 70 George Booth Drive, Edgeworth NSW 2285

Proposal: 1 Into 382 Lot Subdivision, the development proposal is also Integrated Development as defined under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as the applicant has sought on the application the General Terms of Approval in accordance with: Section 15 of the Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 1961 and Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The development is threatened species development.

Exhibition: 8:00am-5.00pm weekdays until 21 August 2019 at Lake Macquarie City Council, Administration Centre, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point NSW 2284, and Department of Planning, Price Waterhouse Coopers Centre, Level 2, 26 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle NSW 2300. Alternatively the Notification Plans can be viewed using Council’s Application Tracking System by logging on to the City’s website and following the prompts.

Submissions: Submissions of objections must specify the grounds of objection.
