Proposed revision to Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan 2014
Council advises that an amendment to the Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan 2014 on exhibition 18 May 2019 to 17 June 2019 has been extended until Monday 26 August 2019.
The amendment of the DCP describes draft Standard Remedial Action Plans to simplify and improve consistency relating to management of land contaminated by the operation of the Pasminco Smelter.
The proposed changes are on exhibition:
- Council’s Customer Service Centre, 126 – 138 Main Road Speers Point
- Belmont, Cardiff, Charlestown, Edgeworth, Morisset, Speers Point, Swansea, Toronto, Wangi Wangi and Windale library branches during operating hours
