This weekend is again that time of the year when our local boaties come together by dressing up their boats with neon lights and taking part in Float Your Boat on our beautiful Lake Macquarie.

Action packed weekend in Lake Mac

Lake Mac has an action packed weekend ahead, which I am so excited to share again with our community. On Friday night Team Lake Mac are hosting their Trivia Night before they jet off to this year’s International Children’s Games in Ufa, Russia.

New accessible amenities for Caves Beach

This week we reached another milestone at Caves Beach with the completion of the amenities building, landscaping and new barbecue area. It’s a milestone because the design has been accredited to meet the Changing Places guidelines, which advocate for creating public toilets that meet the needs of people with disabilities.
