Construction of the new, improved Pelican Boat Ramp is a step closer, with the appointment of a contractor, Hunter Wharf and Barge, to finalise the design and build the facility.

Upgrading the Awaba Waste Management Facility

Excavation work is underway to establish replacement leachate storage. Unfortunately, this work involves excavating into old waste. As a result, there may be increased odour at the site.
