Local Schools Community Fund
The Australian Government is providing $200,000 to the Shortland electorate to benefit students and school communities through funding contributions for small scale projects and their associated costs. Schools can apply for funding for one project between $1,000 and $20,000.
Schools should identify their projects in consultation with their local school community. Prior to applying for funding for a project, schools are required to notify their approved authority.
Applications are to be submitted through the Department of Education’s Schools HUB portal at https://schools.education.gov.au by 5:00 pm AEST on 30 September 2019. Linked to the right hand side under Related Resources.
