Windale Hub - Venue Hire

Windale Hub, bilyabayi is a new multi-use facility with modern library facilities, as well as flexible community spaces. 

The hub offers a range of spaces that are available for casual hire. This includes a community hall, large meeting room with recording studio, small meeting room, and a commercial kitchen.

Community hall

A large, flexible open space which can be used for a variety of purposes. Equipped with an audio visual system, the hall opens out onto a deck that can be used for breaks and functions. Independent entry is available for out of hours use. A commercial kitchen is adjacent for catering purposes and available for an additional cost.

• Suitable for large groups, corporate functions, arts activities, community groups and private use
• Caters for up to 190 people. Features a large projector, flexible layout and commercial kitchen (adjacent).

Large meeting room with recording studio

This space is suitable for meetings, training sessions and audio production. The meeting room contains a screen and soundbar suitable for video conferencing when connected to your laptop. A small recording room is located off to the side, with equipment suitable for music and podcast recordings.

• Suitable for training sessions, team meetings, community meetings and sound recording
• Caters for up to 35 people. Features dual screens, video conferencing equipment and sound recording studio

Small meeting room

The small meeting room is an intimate four-person space available during library opening hours.

• Suitable for small meetings, interviews, tutoring or private work
• Caters for up to four people

Small office meeting room

The small office meeting room is suitable for up to four people and is available during library opening hours.

• Suitable for casual office use, private meetings and counselling
• Caters for up to four people

Commercial kitchen

The kitchen is available for both independent use and to support catering operations within other Windale Hub spaces.

• Suitable for cooking classes and catering preparation
• Features an oven and burner, commercial fridge and freezer, and commercial dishwasher
