Request to withdraw an application

Withdrawing an application means that Council will not make a determination on the proposal, and the development is no longer going to proceed.

Online

Step 1.Gather your information

In order to withdraw an application, you must ensure the following:

  • Only applicants are permitted to request the withdrawal
  • If you are not the payee, written authorisation from the payee will need to be provided
