Change of name and address

If you have changed your name due to marriage, divorce or change of name via deed poll, you can advise Council to change the name on your rate notice.

If you have moved house, have a managing agent or change a business address, it is important to advise Council of any change to your postal address.

Change your name

In order to notify us of a change of name you need to submit supporting documentation such as a Certificate of Business Registration for companies or a Name Certificate, Marriage/Birth Certificate, Drivers Licence for a personal name change.

Please note, this will not amend the title deeds, you must contact the NSW Land Registry Services.

Change your address

In order to notify us of a change of address you need to provide the name and address of the properties you wish to change and the new mailing address.
