If you have changed your name due to marriage, divorce or change of name via deed poll, you can advise Council to change the name on your rate notice.
If you have moved house, have a managing agent or change a business address, it is important to advise Council of any change to your postal address.

You will need to notify us of a change of name in writing, by filling out the online form or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Supporting documentation such as a Certificate of Business Registration for companies or a Name Certificate, Marriage/Birth Certificate or Drivers Licence will also be required for a personal name change.
