Proposed lease of community land - Croudace Bay

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Lake Macquarie City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to grant a lease renewal over Council-owned Community land, as listed below:

Optus Mobile Pty Limited (ACN 054 365 696) or Australia Tower Network Pty Limited (ACN 643 875 165) or a related body corporate of either of them

Proposed Lease Address

Part 14 Parklea Avenue Croudace Bay (Croudace Bay Complex)

Lot and DP

Lot 239 DP 829581

Proposed Lease Purpose

Telecommunications Equipment (any and all equipment ancillary installations and necessary or desirable equipment required to operate and maintain a telecommunications network and telecommunications service now and in the future)

The term of the proposed lease renewal is five (5) years.

Any person may make a written submission to Council in relation to the proposed lease.  Submissions should be forwarded to:
