Classification of land - 9A Clarence Street, Wyee Point

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council intends to classify the land known as 9A Clarence Street, Wyee Point, being Lot 9, Section L in Deposited Plan 1596, Parish of Morisset, County of Northumberland, and Local Government Area of Lake Macquarie, as ‘Operational Land’.

Council has resolved that, subject to no objections being received, the land known as 9C Clarence Street, Wyee Point (Lot 9, Section L, DP 1596) be classified as ‘Operational Land’.

Copies of comments received by Council will be released upon a request without the need for an application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
