Phone issues for council’s customer service centre

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our phone service as we transition to a new phone system.

Customers may experience delays when trying to call through our Customer Service Centre. We ask the community to please be patient with us during this time.

If your enquiry is not urgent, we ask that you lodge your request online or email council@lakemac.nsw.gov.au and we will respond to your email as soon as we can.
