14 Parklea Avenue, Croudace Bay - telecommunications facility

Council will discuss endorsing a development standard variation providing a maximum height of 25m and approving Development Application DA/3258/2021 for a telecommunications facility at Croudace Bay Sporting Complex, 14 Parklea Avenue, Croudace Bay.

27 Point Piper Road, Eraring – Alterations and additions to dwelling house

Council will discuss endorsing a development standard variation providing a maximum height of 6.8m and approving Development Application DA/2740/2021 for alterations and additions to an existing dwelling house at 27 Point Piper Road, Eraring.

Lake Macquarie Private Hospital – Draft planning proposal to amend Height of Buildings Map in Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014

Council will discuss requesting a Gateway Determination in relation to the draft planning proposal, as well as use of delegations in respect of the Minister for Planning and Homes, and placing the draft planning proposal on exhibition for a minimum of 28 days, subject to the outcome of the Gateway Determination.

Reclassification of various sites – 2022 Roads Amendment to Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014

Council will discuss approving reclassification of Council-owned sites at Argenton, Balmoral, Belmont, Cardiff, Charlestown, Gateshead, Marks Point, Speers Point, Swansea and Wangi Wangi from community to operational land for the purpose of road dedication.

Part 101 Skye Point Road, Coal Point – Proposed purchase

Council will discuss approving the purchase of part of 101 Skye Point Road, Coal Point.

Requests for donations

Council will discuss approving a donation of $2000 to Mums’ Cottage for First Touch Infant Massage courses, and $2000 to Cardiff Boolaroo District Cricket Club Inc for a pergola at Pasterfield Sporting Complex, Cameron Park.

Child-safe Organisation Statement of Commitment

Council will discuss adopting a statement of commitment to keeping children safe.
