Assist the Hunter/Central Coast RID Squad

A report has been made earlier today, Thursday 1 October, of approximately 10 tonnes of asbestos roofing material, known as super six sheeting, being illegally dumped off George Booth Drive between Seahampton and West Wallsend. Investigators believe it was likely dumped yesterday, Wednesday 30 September. They also believe a reasonable sized tipper truck would have been used to transport and dump the material.

Anyone who may have witnessed such material being removed in their street in the last fortnight is encouraged to contact the RID Squad Investigators. The investigators would also like to hear from anyone who may have had any asbestos sheeting removed from their property within the last fortnight.

Investigators can be contacted on 0481 032 633. Anyone with any information is encouraged to come forward and can remain anonymous if they wish.
