Manage your booking online

You can change or cancel your bulky waste service booking up to 3 days before your booked collection date.

Please have ready the following information about your booking:
1. Booking number (see booking confirmation email)
2. Property address for the booking

If you do not have the above information, please call us on 02 4921 0333 for assistance to manage your booking. 

What you can change:

  • Types of waste to be collected
  • Date of collection
  • Number of service entitlements you wish to use
  • Update personal contact details
  • Cancel your bulky waste service.  note: cancellation within 3 days of your collection date or voucher expiry date will result in the service entitlement being forfeited.

We can assist you in changing or cancelling your bulky waste service booking up to 3 days before your booked collection date by either calling us on 02 4921 0333 or visiting us in person.

Please have ready any information relating to your booking so we can assist you, such as:
1. Booking number (if known)
2. Property address for the booking
3. Name of the person who made the booking
