Some of our services are taking a short break over Christmas and the New Year. There are no waste, recycling and green waste collections on Christmas Day. All waste collections between Wednesday 25-Friday 27 December will occur a day later than usual.

This demo-style workshop will cover a variety of ferments that you can make at home to benefit your health and preserve the seasons harvest.
Demo includes tastings and participants receive a follow up email with ferment recipes covered on the day.
The event is for Lake Macquarie residents, others may be waitlisted.
The event is free but tickets are required for each participant.
