Cultural Celebration Day: Exhibition Opening - Body Language

Body Language looks at the diverse practices of First Nations artists across place and communities.

An exhibition for all the family, Body language explores the iconography of language as expressed through symbols and patterns and includes works that explore these themes.

10.30am: Smoking Ceremony in the sculpture park, see the new bush tucker garden, and view the exhibition. All welcome.

11.30am and 12:30pm: Kids and their carers can learn Awabakal language through song & dance , and enjoy some exhibition related art activities. Bookings required via ticket link

For the safety and well-being of all participants safe-distancing and social gathering measures will be practiced and contact details for traceability in the future will be kept. All attendees will be reminded to follow safe physical distancing and health advice by keeping 1.5m apart, maintaining personal hygiene by regularly washing hands, and not attending if they feel unwell.
