The landowner applying for approval to occupy a moveable dwelling must hold current Construction Approval for the erection of a dwelling on the subject land. If you do not have Construction Approval, please contact our Customer Service Centre on (02) 4921 0333.
If you are planning to install and occupy a moveable dwelling on your property during the construction of your dwelling, you'll need approval from Council.
Once approved, only the landowner or members of their immediate family can occupy the moveable dwelling.
To apply for approval to occupy a moveable dwelling on a building site, you must be registered with Council's Online Services. Registration can take up to one business day to process. If you are already registered and would like an update on your application please sign in.
