Pests
Introduced fauna species have become pests affecting local biodiversity and urban environments. Species such as foxes, rabbits and Indian Myna birds contribute to the decline of native species and cause problems to humans.
Native pest species such as mosquitoes can cause a nuisance to humans as well as pose potential health risks.
Council is not responsible for the control of pests if they are on private land. The services of a licensed pest control contractor should be engaged for such services.
