12STRAT019 Wyee – Animal establishment
Council deferred determining this development application until 23 July, to allow time for staff to provide information on the issues raised in two public addresses to Council. Councillors will inspect the site this Thursday.
The development application is to modify an existing development consent for an animal establishment at Wyee.
12STRAT021 Foreshore development – jetty extension and seawall retrofit
Councillors voted to postpone deciding this development application. The extended time is for Council staff to provide further information and for Councillors to inspect the site this Thursday. It will go back to Council for determination on 23 July.
This development application is for a property at Buttaba to extend an existing jetty and provide rock groynes in front of an existing seawall at the site.
Council considered the following items tonight, and a final vote will take place at the next Ordinary meeting on Monday 23 July.
