12STRAT014 – Mount Hutton – Bottle Shop, Signage, and Internal Fitout
Council deferred a decision on development application 962/2011 for a bottle shop at 5 Progress Road Mount Hutton until Monday 28 May 2012, in order to receive and review new and additional information on the following:
- issues raised in a public access address on Monday 14 May
- information on membership of the Lake Macquarie Liquor Accord and attendance at those meetings
- consideration of the issues raised in advice received from NSW Police on Monday 14 May
- review of a social impact statement conducted by Key Insights in November 2011
