Q.	Do any of Council's holiday parks provide accommodation?
A.	YES. There are varying standards from on-site vans and cabins to ensuite villas.
Q.	Does Council have any holiday parks with water frontage?
A.	YES. The holiday parks at Swansea, Belmont, and Wangi are situated with Lake frontage/foreshore. Blacksmiths park is two minutes walk to a patrolled beach.
Q.	Is it possible to book a site or accommodation over the telephone?
A.	YES. Just telephone your preferred holiday park for details.
Q.	Are dogs allowed at any of Council's Holiday Parks?
A.	No. For the safety of our patrons dogs are no longer permitted at Council's Holiday Parks.
Q.	Is it possible to place my caravan at one of Council's parks to live permanently?
A.	NO. This is not permitted at any Council Holiday Park.
Q.	Does Council allow holiday/storage vans (also known as weekenders) to be placed permanently on its parks?
A.	YES. Contact can be made direct to the park to ascertain availability of a site.
Q.	Are swimming pools installed at any of Council's parks?
A.	YES. Blacksmiths, Belmont and Swansea have pools on the park. Council's public swim centres are also nearby at Charlestown, Speers Point and Swansea. Morisset on the Western side of the lake also has a pool.
Q.	Do any of the parks have activities for children?
A.	YES. Blacksmiths and Swansea have a children's playground within the park. A public playground is situated on the foreshore a short distance from the Belmont park. Activities such as singing entertainment, plaster painting, etc is arranged during the Christmas holiday period.
Q.	Are there boat ramps in or near the parks?
A.	YES. Small boats can be launched from the foreshore at Belmont, Swansea and Wangi. Deep water public boat ramps are also located at Swansea, Belmont, Blacksmiths and Wangi adjacent to and a short distance from each of Council's park.
